zi("앱")는 사용자의 알림을 정리해 보여주는 안드로이드 앱입니다. 알림의 원문(제목·본문·발신자 등)은 기기 안에만 저장되며, 서비스 개선을 위한 익명 사용 라벨만 zi 서버로 전송됩니다(설정에서 끌 수 있음). zi는 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 본 방침은 zi가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
알림 접근 권한(NotificationListenerService)을 통해 알림의 제목·내용·앱 이름·시각 등을 읽어 분류·요약합니다. 이 원문 데이터는 기기 내 로컬 저장소에만 저장되며, 외부로 전송되지 않고 개발자도 접근할 수 없습니다.
사용자가 켠 경우에 한해 어떤 앱을 열었는지(사용 정보 접근)를 읽어 "읽은 알림 자동 정리"에 사용합니다. 기기 내에서만 쓰이며 전송되지 않습니다.
분류·요약 규칙을 개선하기 위해, 사용자의 반응을 익명 라벨 형태로만 전송합니다. 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.
알림의 제목·본문·발신자·연락처·인증번호·금액·메시지 내용 등 원문/개인정보는 전송하지 않습니다.
전송된 익명 라벨은 zi 운영 인프라(Firebase / Firestore, Google)에 저장되며 서비스 개선에만 사용됩니다. 이 기능은 설정 "지브라 똑똑하게 돕기"에서 언제든 끌 수 있으며, 끄면 전송이 중단됩니다.
사용자가 직접 본인 API 키를 입력해 외부 AI를 연결한 경우에 한해, 요청한 알림 내용이 기기에서 해당 AI 제공자로 직접 전송됩니다. 기본 꺼짐이며 명시적 동의 후에만 작동합니다. 전송된 데이터는 해당 제공자의 방침을 따르며, zi는 이 데이터를 자체 서버에 저장·중계하지 않습니다.
zi는 공지 수신을 위해 Firebase Cloud Messaging(Google)을 사용합니다. 기기별 메시징 토큰이 Google에 의해 처리될 수 있으며, zi는 이를 개인 신원과 연결하지 않습니다. 공지는 "토픽" 방송 방식이라 개별 사용자를 식별해 보내지 않습니다.
zi는 사용자 데이터를 판매하지 않으며 광고·마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 공유하지 않습니다. 익명 라벨(2항)은 저장을 위해 클라우드 인프라 제공자(Google Firebase)에서 처리됩니다. 외부 AI 연동(3항)을 켠 경우 데이터는 사용자가 선택한 AI 제공자에게 전송됩니다.
기기 내 알림 데이터는 사용자가 설정에서 보존 기간을 정하거나 언제든 삭제할 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 익명 사용 라벨은 개인을 식별하지 않으므로 개별 건 삭제 요청 대상이 되기 어렵지만, 설정에서 수집을 끄면 이후 전송이 중단됩니다. 백업 파일은 사용자가 정한 비밀번호로 암호화됩니다.
zi는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

zi ("the app") is an Android app that tidies and summarizes your notifications. The content of your notifications (title, body, sender, etc.) stays on your device; only anonymous usage labels are sent to zi's server to improve the service (you can turn this off in settings). zi has no sign-up or login. This policy explains what zi handles and how.
Via notification access (NotificationListenerService), zi reads the title, text, app name, and time of notifications to classify and summarize them. This content is stored only in local on-device storage, is not sent anywhere, and is not accessible to the developer.
Only if you enable it, zi reads which apps you open (usage access) to power "auto-clear read notifications." Used on-device only; never transmitted.
To improve classification and summarization, zi sends your reactions as anonymous labels only. It does not identify you.
The notification's title, body, sender, contacts, verification codes, amounts, message content, or any other original/personal information is not sent.
The anonymous labels are stored on zi's operating infrastructure (Firebase / Firestore, Google) and used only to improve the service. You can turn this off anytime in settings ("Help zi get smarter"); turning it off stops transmission.
Only if you enter your own API key to connect an external AI, the notification content you request is sent directly from your device to that AI provider. This is off by default and works only after your explicit consent. The transmitted data is governed by that provider's policy; zi does not store or relay it on any server of its own.
zi uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to receive announcements. A per-device messaging token may be processed by Google; zi does not link it to your identity. Announcements use "topic" broadcast and do not target individual users.
zi does not sell your data and does not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. The anonymous labels (section 2) are processed by our cloud infrastructure provider (Google Firebase) for storage. If you enable external AI (section 3), data is sent to the AI provider you choose.
On-device notification data can be given a retention period or deleted anytime in settings, and is removed when you uninstall. Anonymous usage labels do not identify you, so per-item deletion requests are generally not applicable; however, turning off collection in settings stops further transmission. Backup files are encrypted with a password you choose.
zi is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
